So Today I am going to share you guys what I do as a part of my daily routine to help my skin looking great and healthy .Taking care of your skin is a daily duty. If you want to look fresh and youthful until old age,there are certain habits and tips you need to adapt as a part of your everyday skin care Routine.

  • Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. Aim to get 8-10 glasses of water a day. The water will clear your skin and make it glow because it makes it easier for your body to flush out toxins quickly.

  • Exfoliate your skin everyday in order to remove the dirt and dead cells from your skin.

  • Apply sunscreen whatever the weather is ,it should be oil free and moisture based.
  • Eat fresh and juicy fruits that are good for your skin.

  • Cleanse your face twice everyday. Use cold water to cleanse your face. While washing your face use circular movements ,do not scrub.

  • After cleansing massage your face with your finger tips in order to improve the circulation of blood ,prevent the appearance of wrinkles.

  • Take your makeup off every single night. If you don't remove your makeup before sleep ,you will soon notice pimples, redness and itching .

  • Don't touch the face with your hands ,unless they are clean because our hands are exposed to bacteria.
