WINTER SKINCARE ROUTINE FOR HEALTHY AND GLOWING SKIN

SO, Today I am going to share my winter skincare routine for healthy and glowing skin.I will share morning skincare routine,evening skincare routine as well as night skincare routine. In winters one of the most important thing is to protect your skin from the weather. So lets get into it.



MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE :

๐Ÿ”บDrink a glass of lukewarm water it hydrates our body and improves our digestion.



๐Ÿ”บWash you face with your favourite face wash or DIY face wash. For DIY face wash mix one tablespoon of gram flour and mix it with one tablespoon of raw milk and mix them well.Apply this face wash on your face and massage it well. Gram flour exfoliates your skin and gives you that glowing and even toned skin .Milk cleanse and moisturise your skin.

๐Ÿ”บNow after washing your face apply a good moisturiser or glow serum .Glow serum is very effective because it goes deep in your skin and makes it moisturised and glowy. Massage this moisturiser or serum on your face so that the blood circulation is maintained on your skin.

๐Ÿ”บNow after this apply a sunscreen with SPF 30 which is suitable for your skin nowadays. Best way to apply sunscreen  is take it on your fingers and rub it well and then dab it on your face . Make sure to apply the sunscreen above the moisturiser so that the chemicals of sunscreen doesn't go deep in your skin.

๐Ÿ”บAt last apply a good amount of lip balm on your lips.



EVENING SKINCARE ROUTINE :

๐Ÿ”บAfter coming back to your home , never forget to clean your face by oil cleansing method. For oil cleansing use sweet almond oil or coconut oil.By doing oil cleansing the dust and grime of the face gets cleared from the skin and it also removes the makeup too.
๐Ÿ”บ After oil cleansing to remove the leftover oil use face wash again. By doing so pimple never come back on your skin and then apply your day cream.



NIGHT SKINCARE ROUTINE :

๐Ÿ”บAgain wash your face with face wash and then apply your serum or night cream and massage it for one minute . If you study till late night so don't forget to apply under eye cream. For DIY under eye cream you need 
➤1/4 tsp sweet almond oil
➤1/4 tsp castor oil
➤2 capsules of Vitamin E

๐Ÿ”บNow take a glass bowl and mix all the ingredients to this and store it in a container.You can store this till 6 months now to apply this and rub it on your fingers so that it gets warm and then apply it on your under eyes and massage it on your under eyes so that the blood circulation of your eyes gets increased.
At last apply your lip balm,




So this is how you can make your skin look healthy and glowing in winters.
